Hours Required: Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 7:30pm, with a two-hour break during the day

Live-In Accommodation: One-bedroom self-contained apartment on the same site as the main house, including living area, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom.

SUMMARY

Live-in Nanny Housekeeper role for a welcoming family in Cobham with two school-aged children. This is a childcare‑led position supporting busy weekdays, school routines, homework, and after‑school activities, alongside child‑related housekeeping and household organisation. The family employ a cleaner and gardener, and are seeking a hardworking, reliable and flexible nanny housekeeper who is playful, organised and enjoys supporting older children.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Childcare

• Preparing breakfast and morning routines
• School drop-offs and collections, including after-school clubs and activities
• Supporting homework and sourcing items for school projects
• Preparing supper and supporting evening routines, including bath or shower time
• Caring for the children when unwell or off school, with adjusted hours and additional pay
• Providing a fun, calm and supportive presence
• Supporting school holiday routines, including tutoring and clubs

Housekeeping and Child-Related Organisation

• Making beds and tidying the children’s bedrooms
• Children’s laundry and wardrobe organisation
• Keeping school uniforms clean, labelled and ready
• Packing school bags and ensuring correct items are prepared dailyl
• Tidying and organising the kitchen and loading the dishwasher
• Managing online shopping, returns and household parcels
• Ordering and managing weekly grocery deliveries
• Keeping the freezer organised and up to date
• Organising birthday parties and school-related events

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in a nanny or nanny housekeeper role
• Childcare‑led approach with confidence supporting older children
• Hardworking, flexible and reliable
• Playful, fun and engaging with children
• Organised and diligent with strong attention to detail
• Non-smoker
• Dog lover
• Comfortable working in a household where parents work from home
