Overview

Join Our Team as a Live-in Support Worker

We’re seeking enthusiastic, adaptable, and dependable individuals to provide live-in support for two vibrant, outgoing women who value their independence and enjoy leading active lives. They’re passionate about volunteering, bowling, dancing, crafting, and spending time with friends. Your role will focus on empowering them to make their own choices and continue living life on their terms, in their well-maintained home within a safe and welcoming community. A comfortable private double bedroom is included.

Hours

5 days per week (including sleep-in shifts). Weekend and public holiday cover required, shift pattern to be agreed.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Facilitate independent living through supported personal care
  • Helping with daily routines and household tasks (shopping, domestic duties)
  • Encouraging hobbies and activities such as crafts, days out, and social events
  • Keeping support logs and assisting with health needs as required
  • Promoting independence, choice, and dignity at all times
