Requirements

• A compassionate and loving disposition
• A valid UK driver’s license is required.
• A DBS is required for the update service.
• Care assistant experience is required, ideally with live-in care experience.
• Capacity to reside with clients for predetermined durations, such as eight to ten weeks
• Observe Bluebird Care Policies and care plans.
• Adhere to secrecy, professionalism, and training.
• While helpful, prior experience is not required.

Duties

Your primary duties as a live-in care assistant will be:

• Performing personal care tasks
• Administering medication
• Handling by hand, utilising tools as necessary
• Encouraging the health and well-being of clients so they can fully enjoy life
• Domestic tasks
• Meal preparation
• Purchasing
• Social Events
• Providing companionship to our clients
