A private estate management service in the Malvern Hills is seeking a dependable Assistant House Manager to support daily operations of a family residence. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing maintenance tasks, assisting with household logistics, and providing support to guests, including care for family dogs. The position offers a competitive salary of £30,000 gross per annum with benefits including complimentary estate tours and staff events. Accommodation is provided in a redecorated flat with all bills included.
We are seeking a dependable and proactive Assistant House Manager to support the daily running of the house and estate, including maintenance, presentation, and security. The House is primarily a family home which stays as the centre thought of all who are involved in estate life. Working closely with the House Manager, you will help coordinate the day-to-day logistics across the property. Both House Managers act as key holders, opening and closing the house each day and managing all alarm and emergency systems.

40 hours a week, 5 days a week. Driving required.
Job Start Date: ASAP. Accommodation: All bills included. Recently redecorated two‑bedroom flat with a kitchen, sitting room and shower room on the first floor of the main house. It has its own internal private entrance.
Pays £30,000 gross per annum.
You must have an up‑to‑date Basic DBS on the update service, and where there are children and the vulnerable in the workplace you must have an up‑to‑date enhanced eDBS certificate registered on the update service and a minimum of 2 professional referees who are happy for you to share their contact details to our recruiters. One of your references must be your current or last employer and both references must be immediately contactable. Whilst we usually undertake all registration interviews and right to work checks in person face to face, we will in certain circumstances consider video call registrations and digital right to work checks via a certified digital identity service provider (IDSP).
