Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in account management, e‑commerce, or marketplace operations.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Analytical problem solver with comfort using dashboards and Excel/Tableau reports.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations and strategy for your assigned category.
• Partner with sellers to improve event performance and engagement.
• Track GMV, seller health, and buyer retention metrics via dashboards.
• Coordinate category programming — scheduling and promotions.
• Help identify and onboard new sellers through collaboration.
