Litigation Solicitor – Crown Law Solicitors

Salary- £45,000 – £60,000 (Salary negotiable)
Location – 1 Cambridge Park, London E11 2PU, Wanstead

We are looking for someone who has a variety of experience within Litigation. Crown Law Solicitors are based in Morden and Wanstead. We have a strong loyal client base. Our fee earners are all specialists in their respective fields and act for a wide range of commercial and private sector clients. The candidate
  • You will have an excellent knowledge of all aspects of litigation, including civil, commercial, probate and property disputes.
  • Experience in handling a variety of contentious matters, including contractual disputes, landlord/tenant disputes and debt recovery.
  • 1+ years PQE in litigation, with proven experience managing a caseload under supervision.
  • Able to work autonomously on complex legal matters, including drafting legal documents, preparing for trials, and conducting negotiations.
  • Enthusiasm for engaging in networking and business development to grow the litigation practice
  • Clear demonstrable ability and keenness to build and maintain client and referrer relationships

Key responsibilities
  • Acting for multiple clients within our Litigation department on a variety of contentious matters.
  • Handling case preparation, drafting legal documents, and providing strategic advice on litigation matters.
  • Reporting directly to the Managing Partner.
  • Working within the growing Litigation team, collaborating on high-value and complex cases.
  • Supervising the department, with support from the Managing Partner helping to develop and expand our client base through successful case outcomes and business development initiatives.
