Litigation Solicitor, 1+ PQE, West Midlands, £40K+ (DOE)

THE ROLE

• You’ll be joining a highly respected team known for delivering practical, commercial solutions across a broad range of civil disputes.


• As a key member of the Litigation Department, you will manage a diverse and stimulating caseload, including: complex possession and property claims, title rectification and professional negligence claims, Trust and commercial disputes and general litigation and dispute resolution advice.


• You’ll also play a key role in supporting and mentoring junior solicitors, helping to strengthen the department’s continued success.

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Applications are sought from Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 1 years’ PQE in civil litigation.


• Demonstrable experience managing complex cases independently.


• Strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.


• Already based in Cornwall, or genuinely interested in relocating to enjoy the exceptional lifestyle this beautiful region offers.
