We have partnered with a well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join their Civil Litigation department. This role offers the opportunity to handle a varied caseload, support departmental growth, and contribute to the delivery of high-quality legal services. The ideal candidate will be proactive, client-focused, and keen to advance their career within a reputable and forward‑thinking practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse caseload of civil litigation matters (e.g., landlord and tenant issues, boundary and neighbour disputes, debt recovery, and related areas).
  • Provide clear, strategic legal advice to clients.
  • Draft pleadings, correspondence, witness statements, and settlement agreements.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare court documents.
  • Attend court hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
  • Accurately record all chargeable and non-chargeable time.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain accurate file management.
  • Contribute to business development and networking activities as required.
Requirements
  • 4+ years’ PQE.
