Key Responsibilities

  • Providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to solicitors within the litigation department.
  • Preparing, formatting, and proofreading legal documents, correspondence, and court papers.
  • Managing diaries, scheduling appointments, and organising meetings.
  • Handling incoming telephone and email queries, ensuring professional client care.
  • Preparing court bundles and assisting with trial documentation.
  • Maintaining accurate client files and case management systems.
  • Supporting billing, time recording, and financial administration.
  • Assisting with general office administration to ensure smooth daily operations.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within litigation.
  • Strong typing and document production skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with case management systems.
