  • Manage and assist with all phases of case development, including discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
  • Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, briefs, and other legal documents.
  • Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and client meetings.
  • Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on case strategy and client communication.
  • Maintain organized case files and meet all deadlines.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2-5 years civil litigation experience - products liability and personal injury is a plus.
  • Must be a member in good standing with the State of Massachusetts Bar.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience prosecuting and defending at deposition.
