Job Description
  • Handle a diverse caseload of litigation matters, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure effective case management.
  • Provide sound legal advice to clients on litigation and dispute resolution matters.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of legal trends and developments affecting the practice area.
  • Develop and foster client relationships to support business development efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable legal and ethical standards.
