Overview

Line Manager - Production at our Protein site in Normanton. Join Our Dynamic Onsite Production Team at Forza Foods. This permanent role involves delivering production plans, leading a team, and ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. Schedule: 4 on 2 off, rotating shifts between 6:30am and 10:30pm. Location: Forza Foods - Site Based Role.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivery of production plans
• Comply with company and legal standards (food safety, health & safety, hygiene and environment)
• Assist in line managing a team of operatives (organise, develop, motivate, communicate)
• Demonstrate clear leadership behaviours
• Encourage teamwork
• Help train new starters
• To meet the required standards around specifications and quality
• Professional around people management
• Efficient and effective use of labour
• Manage, monitor and improve line performance
• Support new starters, offering help where required
