A leading hotel chain in Liverpool is seeking a Line Chef to produce all menu items efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong cooking skills and an understanding of kitchen operations. Responsibilities include cooking food to specified recipes and ensuring kitchen SOPs are maintained. This role offers robust career development opportunities and various employee benefits.
Our Line Chefs are responsible for producing all menu items in an efficient and consistent manner. This role reports directly to the Kitchen Manager and is part of a team based from our attractive hotel in Speke (L24 8QD).
Beyond that, you'll represent our company values and culture, ensuring that service excellence remains our top priority.
Other businesses may call this role Prep Cook, Line Cook, Commis Chef / Chef de Partie.

An ideal candidate will have an excellent understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures. Demonstrable cooking experience including experience as a Line Chef, Restaurant Cook or Prep Cook. Familiarity with industry best practices and Basic Food Safety are essential.
