Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in a fitness facility.
  • Ability to build long-lasting trusted relationships.
  • Strong record of delivering a high service level.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the smooth running of the Lifting Club and reception.
  • Draw up staff rotas to ensure gym operation.
  • Monitor and manage the budget for the Lifting Club.

Education

Level 3 Certificate in Gym Instructing or equivalent
