Job summary

A leading independent lift company in Dartford is seeking a Lift Service Manager to provide leadership and technical oversight within the Service Department. Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience within the lift industry, ideally in service or repairs management.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing lift service, engineering operations, or related services.
  • Strong technical understanding of lift systems and safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Lift Service team.
  • Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, and performance management.
  • Foster strong client relationships and handle escalations.
  • Drive safety culture and compliance.
