Job description

Overview

Reporting to the Brackley Branch you will be responsible for carrying out minor repairs on a wide range of lifts across our portfolio. The role covers a route across Luton and the surrounding areas, with working hours Monday to Thursday 8:00–16:45 and Friday 8:00–15:45.

Responsibilities

• Carry out minor repairs on a wide range of lifts across our portfolio.
• Ensure high-quality service and safety standards.
• Perform effective risk assessments and maintain site log cards.
• Support the training of apprentices and trainee engineers, using your experience to bring through the next generation of engineers.
• Maintain a valid UK driving licence to cover assigned routes.

Qualifications

• NVQ level 3 in Lift Engineering or equivalent (or be able to evidence an equivalent level of expertise).
• Proven experience as a Lift Engineer and in minor repairs.
