Marmon Lift Recruitment is currently seeking a qualified Lift Engineer to take ownership of a dedicated service route, ensuring lifts are maintained to the highest standards. This is a service and repair, call-out-based role in Cardiff, offering excellent earning potential and long-term progression.

The Lift Engineer Role

As a Lift Engineer, you will be responsible for efficiently managing your own service route. You will carry out service and repair works on both passenger and goods lifts.

• Undertake electrical and mechanical maintenance across passenger, goods, and service lifts, as well as associated lifting equipment
• Diagnose faults and complete repairs to ensure minimal downtime
• Accurately report services, repairs, and defects to support continuous improvement and safety standards
• Complete planned maintenance schedules in line with agreed Service Contracts

Ideal Lift Engineer Candidate

• Currently working as a Lift Service Engineer, Lift Repair Engineer, or Lift Installation Engineer with 2+ years’ industry experience
• Qualified to NVQ Level 3 or above (or equivalent) in a lift engineering discipline
• Lives within a commutable distance of Cardiff
• Holds a clean UK Driving Licence
