We are looking for someone with the right skills and behaviours – even if you are not NPLQ qualified we may be able to fund this for you.

Starting salary of over £24k (pro rata). Salary: £24,099.67 per annum pro rata.

Location: Wilmslow Leisure Centre. Hours: 20 hours per week – temporary fixed term, 6 months (potential for extension following 6 months). Closing date: 6th January 2026.

Key Responsibilities

• Play a vital role in ensuring every visit to the pool—whether for lane swimming, family fun, pool parties, or swimming lessons—is a positive and memorable experience.
• Maintain a safe and enjoyable swimming environment for swimmers of all ages.
• Encourage swimmers and non‑swimmers alike to return time and again, building lasting connections with the leisure centre.
• Support the overall operation of the leisure centre by upholding high standards of professionalism and customer service.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Applicable for candidates who are not NPLQ qualified – training can be funded.
• Standard or Enhanced DBS check is required for all candidates.
• Commitment to ongoing training and development (Excellent accredited training provider).
