A leading beverage company is seeking a Licensee Attraction Manager in Edinburgh to engage and secure top pub operators for their venues. The role involves creating marketing campaigns, screening potential candidates, and organizing recruitment events. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, effective relationship management, and a passion for the hospitality industry. Competitive salary around £30,000 plus benefits, including private healthcare and a discretionary bonus. The position promotes hybrid working with three days onsite.

The Licensee Attraction Team is responsible for attracting, engaging and securing the best self‑employed pub operators for Star Pubs. As a Licensee Attraction Manager (LAM), you play a key role in building and maintaining a strong pipeline of high‑quality operators for pub vacancies.
This is a highly visible and rewarding role for someone who enjoys recruitment, marketing and the pub industry. You’ll gain broad experience across recruitment, marketing and commercial operations阳市 Seah With the satisfaction of helping great operators build successful pub businesses.

Our office sites operate a hybrid model. You’ll spend Tuesdays, Thursdays and one other day in the office and two days from home, although but you’re more than welcome to come and work from the office on those days too.
