Wyre Council is seeking a hardworking and reliable LGV Driver / Labourer to support the delivery of essential frontline environmental services across the borough. This is a key operational role within our Street Cleansing service helping to keep Wyre clean, safe and welcoming for residents and visitors.
You will be responsible for driving LGV vehicles as well as undertaking a range of street cleansing and general labouring duties. The role involves working outdoors in all weather conditions and providing a visible professional presence within local communities.
Grade: 4 – Salary £25,989 – £26,403 per month.
Location: Copse Road Depot, Fleetwood.
Hours: 37 hours per week.
Contract: Permanent.
