Care Assistant

Location: Lewisham, London

Salary: £11.65 - £12.15

Hours: Full time / Part Time / Weekends

You would be responsible for meeting the support requirements of our customers, in a way that respects the individual and promotes their independence. You would be expected to travel to the customer’s home and assist them with daily tasks as agreed between the customer and Caremark.

The type of support you would provide is no different from what would reasonably be offered by a family member. This may include help with bathing and dressing, domestic support, shopping, meal preparation, medication prompting, assistance with daily routines, respite services, socialisation and leisure activities, and supporting customers in accessing the community.

Additional Information

This is a zero‑hour contract. A driving licence is advantageous but not essential; non‑drivers must live within easy reach of Lewisham. Various work patterns are available (although you must be available to work every other weekend). This can include EVENINGS AND WEEKENDS ONLY.
