Qualifications

• L3 Qualification (or equivalent) in light vehicle maintenance and repair.
• Over 22 years old with a full UK driving licence.
• Strong work ethic with a proactive and flexible attitude.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical faults to manufacturer standards.
• Perform routine servicing on a variety of vehicle models.
• Strip down, check, and replace faulty parts and assemblies.
• Test, reassemble, and adjust mechanical and electrical systems.
• Keep workshop tools and equipment clean and organised.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
• Participate in training and skill enhancement workshops.
• Support other workshop duties as required.
