A popular two form entry primary school in Leeds is seeking an enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistant Level 3 to support children in their Nursery classroom. The role involves leading play, ensuring child-initiated learning, and working collaboratively with a team. Applicants should possess strong literacy and numeracy skills, have a Teaching Assistant Level 3 qualification, and a passion for working with young children. This part-time position consists of 14 hours per week, ideally on Mondays and Tuesdays or Thursdays and Fridays.

Ninelands Primary School is a large and popular two form entry school in Garforth, Leeds. The governing body are seeking to employ an excellent EYFS Teaching Assistant Level 3 to support children in our Nursery classroom. We are looking for an inspirational and highly motivated practitioner who is passionate about working with young children and who can support the team in delivering our child-initiated play curriculum in our Early Years Foundation Stage. We are looking for an enthusiastic, warm and caring individual who is able to work with the nursery teacher to develop supportive relationships with children in order to secure outstanding outcomes.
Experience of working with primary children and a commitment to inclusion is essential.
Hours of work are two days part time (any two days considered but ideally Monday & Tuesday or Thursday & Friday, term time only, 8.30am – 4.00pm (14 hours per week) which includes lunchtime supervision and leading play for children over the lunchtime period.
