We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant Level 3 to join one of our welcoming partner schools in Bridgnorth. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced teachers to support pupils' learning, development and overall well‑being. The school is specifically looking for candidates who have previous teaching experience, though QTS is not essential.
Our partner schools in the Bridgnorth area are warm, supportive and community‑focused. You will work Monday to Friday, typically 08:30am‑15:30pm, with both full‑time and part‑time opportunities available. This Teaching Assistant Level 3 position primarily involves supporting KS2 pupils across a range of needs and abilities. You will help encourage independence, promote positive behaviour, and ensure every learner feels valued, supported and able to reach their full potential—academically, socially and emotionally.
