Overview

Are you passionate about supporting children's learning and development? Do you have the skills and experience to make a real difference in a primary school setting? If so, we'd love to hear from you!

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant and inclusive primary school. You will work closely with class teachers to support pupils across a range of abilities, helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment.

Location: Bacup

Salary: £14 - £15 per hour

Contract Type: Full-time

Start Date: As soon as possible

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of high-quality teaching and learning.
  • Assist in planning and implementing educational activities.
  • Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils.
  • Help manage classroom behaviour and promote positive attitudes.
  • Contribute to the assessment and tracking of pupil progress.
  • Support pupils with additional needs, including SEND.
  • Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment.
