What We’re Looking For

To excel in a nursery or Early Years school environment, candidates should bring a strong mix of professional knowledge, emotional intelligence, and practical childcare skills. We are seeking practitioners who demonstrate:

Essential Requirements

• Level 3 childcare qualification (or equivalent early years certification)
• DBS registered on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
• Previous experience supporting children aged 0–5 in a school, nursery, or childcare setting
• Ability to support children’s physical, emotional, and educational development
• Confidence working collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and wider school staff
• Willingness to follow safeguarding, health & safety, and school policies at all times
