Job description

• Register Customers and carry out property matches for Lettings properties.
• Generate and conduct property viewings.
• Negotiate offers between all parties.
• Maximise branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance)
• Display excellent customer service at all times. Industry experience is preferred but not essential for this post as full training will be given; however we will be requiring relevant transferrable skills in customer service, Sales and targeted environments. On Target Earning (OTE) Pay circa £25,000 per annum first few months guaranteed commission pay.
• 5 day working week, to include Saturdays on rota.
