Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year’s experience in a similar compliance role at a mortgage lender.
• Working knowledge of PRA & FCA regulation of the mortgage industry, including CBTL.

Responsibilities

• Operate an independent quality assurance role.
• Conduct lending and servicing file reviews, including CBTL cases.
• Perform call listening for pre-completion and servicing calls.
• Assess quality assurance activities conducted by outsourced third parties.
• Produce a monthly quality assurance activity report.
