As a Lifeguard, you will play a vital role in ensuring our swimming pools are clean,safe, and welcoming for all users. You'll be responsible for maintaining high standards of safety and hygiene while delivering excellent customer care in line with the Council's values and policies.

Entry Requirements
This is anunqualified role, open to anyone to apply. However, aNational Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ)is essential to start in post.
Wakefield Council willfund your NPLQ course, but attendance will be expected asvoluntary hours.
As part of the recruitment process, you will be required to complete aswim testprior to your interview.
