Job Title: Legionella / Water Treatment Operations Manager
Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire
Salary / Benefits £40k – 60K + Benefits

Background and Experience
  • Operations Manager, ideally within a Water Treatment / Legionella company
  • Strong background managing a water treatment / legionella department, managing large teams, providing training and support
  • Experience managing contracts within the healthcare sector
  • Up-to-date technical knowledge of HSG / ACoP L8 / HTM 04-01 guidelines
  • Professional and polite; adapt and work well under pressure; proficient IT skills
Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage a varied portfolio of sites
  • Manage and schedule various site staff
  • Act as first point of call for clients, offering technical advice and handling queries efficiently
  • Maintain excellent professional relationships with clients
  • Continuously review contracts, ensuring work is completed in line with agreed timeframes
  • Carry out training with staff where required
  • Work alongside sales/account managers, prepare quotations and tenders, proofread and submit to clients
  • Proofread and approve invoices upon completion of work and send to clients
  • Oversee company processes and work with internal management to streamline processes
  • Liaise with clients to improve company services
  • Quality check reports/risk assessments, ensuring work follows relevant Health & Safety guidelines
  • Maintain the company’s high standard of work
  • Manage own schedule in line with operational requirements
