Job Title: Legionella Risk Assessor
Location: Doncaster, South Yorkshire
Salary: 25k – 34k + Company Vehicle + Regional Work

Independent Yorkshire based legionella company are currently recruiting a professional and driven legionella risk assessor to join their team. The successful candidate will be joining an established legionella department and team of risk assessor and will be travelling across the Yorkshire region to undertake legionella risk assessments to domestic water systems. In return the client can offer regional work across the West and South Yorkshire area and long-term career development.

Areas of location considered: Wakefield, Dewsbury, Batley, Huddersfield, Halifax, Bradford, Leeds, Wetherby, Otley, Harrogate, Doncaster, Rotherham, Sheffield, Barnsley, Pontefract, Castleford, Chesterfield, Worksop, Mansfield, Matlock, Nottingham, Beeston, Derby and the surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Recognised Legionella Risk Assessing qualification e.g. WmSoc / City & Guilds.
• Minimum of 6 months legionella site experience.
• Experience risk assessing on domestic hot and cold systems.
• Full UK Driving License.

Role Will Encompass

• Conducting Legionella risk assessments in line with ACOP L8 risk assessments across a varied site base.
• Compiling and creating schematic drawings with details, as well as producing final documents/reports for the clients.
• Providing recommendations and prices for remedial works, routine control measures through to quotations, and carrying out such works based on the risk assessments.
• Getting involved with the company’s Legionella management systems.
• Building and maintaining a good working rapport with clients/customers and staff.
• Dealing with problems as and when required appropriately and effectively.
• Prioritising workload and ensuring work is completed within timescale.
• Travelling to sites as per client’s requirements.
