Legal Secretary (Litigation), Wiltshire, £24K-£26K (DOE) - Are you an experienced Legal Secretary looking to join a friendly and respected law firm? Our client, a well-established legal practice, is looking for a proactive, organised, and professional Legal Secretary to support a litigation team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide essential secretarial and administrative support to Solicitors handling a wide range of litigation matters.
  • Audio and copy typing of legal documents and correspondence, and preparing and amending client documentation.
  • Manage diaries, arrange appointments, and liaise with clients, courts, and external organisations.
  • Manage files, open and close matters, and assist with billing and time recording to ensure the smooth running of cases.
Qualifications
  • At least one year of experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within a litigation department.
  • Strong typing and administrative skills, excellent attention to detail, and a high level of confidentiality.
  • Friendly and professional manner when dealing with clients; confident using legal software and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
