Salary ranges from £25,000 to £30,000, with working hours Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

The successful candidate will provide vital support to the Corporate team, assisting fee earners with a wide range of company and commercial matters. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, professional, and confident in liaising with clients and colleagues at all levels.

To be considered for the role, you ll require the following essentials:

  • Previous experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within a Corporate or Company Commercial department
  • Strong typing and digital dictation skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to produce, amend, and format legal documents efficiently
  • Good organisational and diary management skills
  • Professional communication skills and a client-focused approach

Within this position, you ll also be:

  • Preparing, formatting, and managing correspondence, documents, and reports
  • Handling dictation and document production for fee earners
  • Assisting with company secretarial administration, including Companies House filings
  • Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and organising travel when required
  • Acting as a first point of contact for client enquiries in a professional manner
  • Providing general administrative support including filing, photocopying, and scanning

Salary & Working Hours

  • Salary is £25,000 £30,000, depending on experience
  • Working hours are Monday Friday, 9am 5pm
