We’re looking for a personable and detail-driven Legal Secretary to join the central support team of a boutique law firm known for its innovation, collaborative spirit, and commitment to quality.

What you’ll be doing
  • Coordinating onboarding for new partners, including Welcome Days, documentation, and IT setup
  • Acting as the first point of contact for partner queries and support needs
  • Building relationships with partners and understanding their practice areas
  • Facilitating collaboration and internal networking across the firm
  • Organising internal events and managing branded gifts and office supplies
  • Supporting day-to-day admin including bookings, stationery, and office logistics

  • Strong attention to detail and confidence using Word and Excel
  • Ability to build trusted relationships and work collaboratively
