Overview
A leading commercial law firm in Belfast is seeking a professional and highly organised Legal PA to provide dedicated support to two Senior Partners. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced legal support professional to join a fast‑paced, high‑performing environment where discretion, efficiency, and strong attention to detail are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Support
- Provide comprehensive PA support to two Senior Partners, including extensive diary management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating all internal and external appointments.
- Manage inboxes, monitor correspondence, and ensure timely responses and follow-up actions.
- Prepare, edit, and format legal documents, correspondence, briefs, and presentations to a high standard.
- Organise travel, accommodation, and itineraries as required.
Document & File Management
- Produce, amend, and proofread a variety of legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ensure all documentation is filed correctly in accordance with firm procedures, including electronic file management and archiving.
Operational & Administrative Support
- Coordinate meeting packs, agendas, and supporting materials for internal and client meetings.
- Assist with business development activities, including preparation of pitch documents, client presentations, and event coordination.
- Maintain confidentiality at all times and handle all tasks with professionalism and discretion.
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience as a Legal PA or Legal Secretary, ideally within corporate, commercial, litigation, or similar practice areas.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel) and legal document management systems.
- Proven ability to work proactively and independently while maintaining strong team collaboration.
- Professionalism, discretion, and a client‑focused approach.
