Legal DP Specialist - US Law Firm - 9-5 - 5 days pw (1 wfh) including Sat & Sun
Exceptional Salary Package and benefits!

This elite US law firm is seeking an experienced Document Operator with a high level of efficiency and technical acumen. The ideal candidate must possess strong attention to detail and be a proactive team player, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Expertly revise, format, compare and cross-reference documents
  • Convert documents from various formats to Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Generate Tables of Contents and create and run mailmerges
  • Execute and reformat documents
  • Modify, compile, and redact PDFs; create forms, e-closing binders and bookmarks in Adobe Acrobat
  • Create, revise, and reformat PowerPoint presentations
  • Create and modify organisational charts, flowcharts
  • Knowledge of Excel, including reformatting, setting up for printing, and basic formulas and charts
  • Provide technical support to clients, including software troubleshooting
