A leading global travel company is seeking a motivated Legal Director for International Tax to provide expertise in international tax legislation. This role involves research, advising on legislation, and supporting audits. Ideal candidates should possess over ten years of legal experience and a strong understanding of EMEA and APAC tax laws. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Legal Director to join the Expedia Legal & Corporate Affairs group to provide legal advice in the analysis of international tax legislation, including corporate income tax and transaction taxes, tax audits, tax litigation, and provide on-going legal support to the Expedia Group tax team. This position will be based in London or Seattle and will report to the Vice President, Legal (Tax).

The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $237,000.00 to $331,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $379,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role. Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
