The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor with experience in healthtech and a strong understanding of GDPR and medical device regulations. We're building the category leader in Virtual Care and Remote Patient Monitoring. You'll be part of a highly entrepreneurial mission-driven team that combines expertise across clinical technical commercial and operational domains.
We're solving real problems for patients and health systems and growing fast.
Advise on GDPR UK Data Protection Act and health data requirements.
Support and deputise for the DPO including DPIAs data incidents and vendor assessments.
Draft and negotiate data processing and information governance agreements.
Develop policies training and guidance to strengthen data governance and privacy compliance.
Provide legal and regulatory support under EU and UK MDR frameworks.
Work closely with the RAQA team on device classification documentation post-market surveillance and incident reporting.
Ensure contracts and business practices align with MDR and QMS requirements.
Advise on SaMD AI governance and compliance in multi-jurisdictional contexts.
Support regulatory submissions and interactions with notified bodies or authorities.
Draft review and negotiate commercial supplier and partnership agreements.
Provide pragmatic risk-based legal advice to enable business objectives.
Support procurement and vendor onboarding to ensure compliance with data and MDR obligations.
Support the Head of Regulatory and Compliance in maintaining legal and regulatory frameworks.
Contribute to internal compliance training and audit readiness.
Embed proactive risk management and good governance across teams.
Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) or equivalent.
6 years PQE in healthtech medtech life sciences or a similarly regulated environment.
Expertise in data protection and MDR or medical device compliance.
Knowledge of SaMD AI in healthcare or NHS procurement.
Strong commercial contracting and negotiation skills.
Excellent communicator able to translate regulation into practical advice.

We're a hybrid team with offices in London Denmark Germany and Stockholm . Some roles are fully remote depending on the team and responsibilities.
