Are you a commercially minded legal professional with a passion for technology? A fast-growing UK-based software company is looking for a junior to mid-level Technology Counsel to join its legal team. This is a fully remote role with occasional in-person collaboration, offering flexibility and the chance to work at the heart of a dynamic, product-led business.

What You’ll Do:

Advise on software licensing, SaaS agreements, IP, and data protection

Draft and negotiate commercial contracts with customers, suppliers, and partners

Support product and engineering teams with legal input across the development lifecycle

Help navigate regulatory frameworks including UK GDPR and cybersecurity

Contribute to legal operations, templates, and internal training

Stay ahead of legal developments in the tech sector and share insights with the business

What We’re Looking For:

? UK-qualified solicitor with 2–6 years PQE

? Experience in technology law, ideally in-house or at a tech-focused firm

? Strong grasp of software licensing and commercial contracting
