What You’ll Do:

Advise on software licensing, SaaS agreements, IP, and data protection

Draft and negotiate commercial contracts with customers, suppliers, and partners

Support product and engineering teams with legal input across the development lifecycle

Help navigate regulatory frameworks including UK GDPR and cybersecurity

Contribute to legal operations, templates, and internal training

Stay ahead of legal developments in the tech sector and share insights with the business
