A leading global financial institution seeks a Legal Counsel to support its trading teams in London. The ideal candidate will be a qualified lawyer adept at managing legal documentation and providing strategic legal advice. This role involves building strong relationships with the business and participating in innovative, complex transactions. Legal Counsel – Location: London, Corporate Title: Assistant Vice President. The Sales and Trading Legal team supports various businesses within Deutsche Bank's Fixed Income and Currencies division. The team advises on a broad range of transactions including highly structured and bespoke derivatives, structured notes and repos across all asset classes including rates and credit. In this role you will build close relationships with the business and advise on novel and complex structures, working with a market‑leading business on cutting‑edge transactions.
