As a Legal Secretary / Legal Assistant, you will provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support within a busy personal injury team, ensuring the smooth day:to:day operation of the office.

This full:time permanent role offers a salary range of GBP 24,000 : GBP 26,000 and benefits.

You Will Be Responsible For
  • Acting as the first point of contact for clients and visitors
  • Handling inbound calls and general front:of:house duties
  • Producing legal documentation through audio and copy typing
  • Supporting fee earners with a range of administrative tasks
  • Managing filing, scanning, and document organisation
  • Processing incoming and outgoing correspondence
What We Are Looking For
  • Previously worked as a Legal Secretary, Legal Administrator, Legal Assistant, Legal Clerk or in a similar role.
  • Proven experience of 2 years working in a law firm
  • Strong audio typing capability
  • Confident user of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • A professional, approachable, and client:focused manner
