Job description
Responsibilities
  • Prepare bundles including correspondence, exhibits, hearing materials, and other types of case evidence (CE).
  • Bookmark and index bundles for easy navigation and reference.
  • Perform redactions and extractions as required.
  • Provide document passwords telephonically; include the central Softphone number in all correspondence requiring a password.
  • Coordinate printing, scanning, copying, and other tasks with Central Services (formerly Docucentre).
  • Password protect documents for FEs and embed documents in Word files for distribution.
  • Update details on the VF system.
  • Add FE e-signatures to documents and letters.
  • Hyperlink documents and maintain organised digital files.
  • BER requests (SWE)
  • Contacting client to advise upload to portal through app (CP, EM, etc.) (SWE)
