Qualifications

  • Experience working on civil engineering projects.
  • Familiarity with NEC3 and/or NEC4 contracts.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and submit interim payment applications and project final accounts.
  • Use civil engineering standard forms of contract.
  • Manage early warnings and play a role in risk reduction.
  • Notify and assess compensation events.
  • Procure sub-contractors as per project programme.
  • Administer sub-contracts and assess payment applications.
  • Measure quantities on site and from drawings.
  • Produce internal valuations and cost reconciliations.
  • Work closely with the project team to manage risks.
