What You’ll Do
  • Deliver engaging lessons in personal and social development, employability, and life skills.
  • Support vocational learning within the Re-engagement curriculum.
  • Plan and prepare resources to inspire and motivate learners.
  • Assess student work and maintain accurate achievement records.
  • Provide pastoral and academic support to help disengaged students re-engage with education.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance the Foundation Learning Curriculum.
  • Participate in quality assurance processes and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Collaborate in meetings and signpost students to additional support where needed.
