Lecturer in Wine Production
Plumpton, East Sussex | 15 hours per week | 6-month contract
Salary: up to £35,496 (pro rata), dependent on experience

Plumpton College, home to the UK's Centre of Excellence in Wine Education, is seeking an experienced wine production professional to join our expert team as a Lecturer in Wine Production.

In this specialist role, you'll deliver industry-relevant teaching across practical and theoretical elements of our programmes, helping students develop the technical skills and knowledge essential for success in the growing UK and global wine industry.

  • Experience in commercial wine production, ideally in the UK or similar climates
  • A formal qualification in viticulture, oenology, or a related field (or significant industry experience)
  • Teaching qualification
  • A passion for mentoring the next generation of wine professionals
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, professional approach
