Job summary

A prominent educational institution in Chelmsford is seeking an enthusiastic full-time Business Lecturer to teach Level 2 and Level 3 Business programmes. The ideal candidate should have experience in teaching BTEC and T-Level programmes and a track record of high-quality teaching practices. Job description

The thriving team of Business and Professional Studies are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dynamic full-time Business Lecturer to teach primarily on our Level 2 and Level 3 Business programmes, with the opportunity to teach related subjects throughout the department. The successful candidate will be joining the team at a time when involvement in the support and design of the new curricula for 16-18 and adult learning programmes will play a part in this role.

The ideal candidate will need to have experience in teaching and assessing BTEC and T-Level programmes. They will need experience of working in a relevant industry, teaching A level or T level as well as curriculum design and delivery. The candidate would ideally have a teaching qualification, and should have an excellent record of teaching and learning practice and demonstrate the ability to prepare, plan and deliver high quality lessons in an engaging and exciting way to support learners.
