Luma Education Recruitment is seeking dedicated and passionate Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) for a specialist SEN school in South East London. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of neurodiverse children and young people.
As an LSA, you will be a key member of the school team, providing both classroom support and pastoral care. You will work closely with the SENCo, therapy team, and teaching staff, helping students access learning, develop strategies to succeed, and fully participate in school life.
Our LSAs contribute to extracurricular activities and the wider school community, supporting a well‑rounded education. Students study a wide range of courses, from Life Skills qualifications to GCSEs, BTECs, and A Levels, so we are looking for LSAs with flexibility, a broad skill set, and a passion for supporting neurodiverse learners.
Salary: £26,000–£29,000 per annum
