Learning Support Assistant (LSA)

£90 to £115 per day, PAYE

We’re supporting a friendly, community-driven secondary school in the North East that puts pride, respect, and achievement at the heart of everything they do. They’re looking for an LSA who brings warmth, patience, and a steady presence to the classroom.

What you’ll be doing
  • Supporting pupils across lessons, including 1:1 and small-group work
  • Helping students build confidence and independence
  • Working alongside the SEN and pastoral teams
  • Encouraging positive behaviour and strong routines

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
