An educational support provider is seeking a compassionate Learning Support Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a primary-aged pupil in Plymouth. This rewarding role requires experience with children having additional needs, especially around communication and emotional regulation. The successful candidate will help the pupil feel secure and confident, utilizing strategies to aid engagement. This role operates term-time only, starting ASAP, with ongoing support and training provided. Competitive pay with a transparent PAYE payroll structure.
We are looking for a calm, compassionate, and committed Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to provide 1:1 support for a primary-aged pupil at our inclusive and nurturing school in Plymouth. The pupil requires consistent, personalised support to help with communication challenges and emotional regulation, both in and out of the classroom.

If you do not have a Non‑Voluntary Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, we will need to help you process a new one at a cost of £62.70. This will be refunded after 20 days of work with us.
Please note, the roles are term time only and start ASAP until July 22nd. It will then pick up again from September onwards.
Pay: Five Education operates a PAYE payroll; this is the most transparent way to be paid with no hidden fees such as admin fee or employer’s NI. Please note pay rate is for illustration and does include holiday pay.
